I thought after 5 years i should probably introduce myself!

I’m Louise or Lula for short, founder of Byron Bay Jams.

As a young girl, I spent many summer holidays in France. The country of the essential morning croissant with a generous serving of jam. My very posh British father is a lover of a good thick cut Oxford marmalade and my flamboyant Polish mother favoured a sour cherry jam. All these memories stuck with me and was the initial inspiration to create a homemade jam that people would instantly feel at home with, setting up family traditions along the way.

Byron Bay Jams was born in 2019.

Fast forward 5 years we’re multi awarding winning and a firm favourite on many a breakfast table. Our joy is to bring people together, to feel connected through the humble dollop of jam.
