WE ARE THE FUTURE IN JAM

OUR FOUNDER

As a young girl, Louise spent many summer holidays in France. The country of the essential morning croissant with a generous serving of jam. Her British father is a lover of a good thick cut Oxford marmalade and her Polish mother favoured a sour cherry jam. All these memories stuck with her and was the initial inspiration to create a homemade jam that people would instantly feel at home with, setting up family traditions along the way. Byron Bay Jams was born in 2019.

We aim to use seasonal fruits and use local producers where we can.

We name our jams, they have personalities! We are more than just jams.

We supply to gourmet food stores and luxury hotels, in iconic locations. We look forward to being a firm favourite on your breakfast, lunch or dinner table.
